This course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach Training Course completion card. Call Keane on Safety to register 970-255-9234

The course provides concepts, techniques, and practice exercises in the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices. Prerequisites & State-Specific Information Previous experience in temporary traffic control is not required for this course. In most states, passing this course is a prerequisite to register for the Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) course. Field Leadership Training for Falls Prevention in Construction Industry

This course is a " TRain the Trainer" Course designed to prepare supervisors/crew leads in the construction industry to teach fall prevejtion and protection strategies to their field employees. This class is being presented FREE of charge by the OSHA Rocky Mountain Education Center of Red Rocks Community College. And hosted by Colorado Mountain College. Supervisors/crew leads attending this free : Train the Trainer" class will be asked to sign an agreement with RMEC to teach the course to a minimum of 10 workers by September, 2018. They will be provided all training materials needed to teach the class, and will retrieve staff support from RMEC to document their training RSVP Seating is limited to 20 people.
