2026-206  19 W. Water Place is a two-level residence with a finished basement within the City of Aspen’s 505 Housing inventory, originally constructed in 1998. The residence encompasses approximately 2,400 square feet. The purpose of this renovation is to update interior finishes, including paint, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, showers, faucets, and toilets.
