FBR 0241-073  The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Region 3 requires preconstruction services for the rehabilitation of the Red Cliff Arch Bridge (F-11-T)..  The Optional One-On-One Meeting opportunities are provided to allow Proposers an opportunity to ask questions regarding the Project, established goals, the draft RFP, and the CMGC Procurement Process.
