Documents Added  CMU 2866            CMU seeks to add additional capacity to its residential on-campus offerings and endeavors to have these additional beds delivered for the fall semester of 2027 to accommodate year over year student enrollment growth. Specific tasks to be performed by the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) include those generally performed by the CM/GC construction community where the Construction Manager is also the Contractor. A sample copy of the State’s CM/GC contract is contained within the RFP. A Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will be required at the completion of Design Development phase.          Bid Due Date:4/2/2026
