CMU 2865  8010-26-2  Colorado Mesa University proposes construction of a new parking structure in the center of campus. The new facility may include one half below grade with one level above grade in its initial configuration, with the potential to add several additional floors above as future need dictates.  Design is projected to begin in June 2026 with final project completion anticipated prior to the start of the spring semester which begins the second week of January, 2027.  due 4/1/2026
