GS-26-ALF  The project consists of installing a new leach field, replacing the existing leach field that serves the Cortez Municipal Airport’s onsite wastewater system. The current leach field has experienced partial-to-complete functional failure due to age and diminished percolation capacity. Work will include all necessary excavation, installation of a new leach field system sized and designed in accordance with current regulatory requirements, and all associated site restoration and protection of facilities. Work will also include the removal and replacement of one (1) septic tank with a pre-cast concrete tank measuring 1,000-gallons in capacity. due 6/15/2026
