RFP # GS-26-PRMP – Proposal of a Master Plan that will be used to chart the next ten years for the City of Cortez Parks and Recreation Department. Scope of work to include: internal assessment and project administration; community engagement; resource and data collection; issue identification; implementation; and development of final plans and supporting material. This Master Plan should be based upon a firm understanding of the department’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and be a community-inspired, actionable plan for implementation.
