AFB #GS-26-SCFD  2026 Service Center Upper Yard Fuel Delivery System Decommission.  The project scope described in this Advertisement for Bids involves providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to remove three existing underground unleaded tanks and three fuel dispensers. Soil samples shall be collected and a tank closure report submitted in compliance with state and federal regulations.  This work will be done in the Upper Yard at the City Service Center, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321.  due 3/25/2026
