Craig Refurbishment of Allis Chalmers Model 300 Wastewater Influent Pump

City of Craig 260406-1 The City of Craig, Colorado will be requesting proposals for Refurbishment of Allis Chalmers Model 300 Wastewater Influent Pump. Proposals will be due April 6, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the office of the City Clerk, 300 West Fourth Street, Craig, Colorado 81625.  Proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will not be opened. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud April 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.  The approved proposal is scheduled to be awarded at the City Council meeting on April 14, 2026. The specifications are on file for public inspection and acquisition at the office of the City Clerk, 300 West Fourth Street, Craig, Colorado 81625 kcarmody@cityofcraig.org  or by phone at (970) 826-2008.  No proposal shall be withdrawn after opening the proposal without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time for opening. The City of Craig, Colorado www.craig.co.us reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process. The proposal shall be completely filled out on the proposal forms provided. Proposals shall be addressed to the City of Craig and shall have the name of the bidder and “Allis Chalmers Pump Refurbishment” written thereon.
