Construction work includes demolition and new updates/additions of various building finishes, millwork, openings, MEP, and various other building components. The building consists of two floors totaling to 5,906 sqft. Alternate 1 includes Provide new carpet in various areas as specified. Alternate 2 includes new carpet on stairs.
