The selected firm will join the District’s team of outside legal counsel to provide legal counsel in areas including, but not limited to, governance and School Board support, employment & personnel matters, student services, litigation & dispute resolution, contracts & business operations, and general counsel services. Firms responding must demonstrate admission to practice law in Colorado, experience in Colorado public school law, experience representing school districts, capacity to respond promptly to District needs, and professional liability insurance coverage.  CLICK HERE for documents
