The Central Utah Water Conservancy District (“Owner”) is soliciting technical proposals from interested engineering firms to provide expertise and professional engineering services for the Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) Hades and Docs Diversions Power and Communications Project (“Project”). SCOPE OF SERVICES: The District operates facilities of the Bonneville Unit of the Strawberry Collection System of the Central Utah Project. Two of the diversions and associated feeder pipelines on this system, Hades Diversion and Docs Diversion, currently use unreliable power, and communications systems and need to be replaced.
