ADDENDUM 01/02 – 2/19/26 – Addendum 01 and 02 have been added to the plans room. Addendum 01 is a change to the lighting at Broadway Elementary. Addendum 02 is a change to lighting at Mt Garfield Middle School. Please incorporate changes in your bids.

Bid memo (2/4/2026) Complete set of drawings for Pomona Elementary School have been added to planrooms online.  Drawings with no civils have been removed.

FCI Constructors, Inc. is requesting bids from subcontractors & suppliers for the District 51 Priority Projects Phase 2 upgrades at Broadway Elementary School, Pomona Elementary School, West Middle School, Orchard Avenue Elementary School, and Mt Garfield Middle School. The fire suppression scope has already been awarded at this time. Bids Due 3/4/2026
