26109  Fort Lewis College (FLC) is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services for the development of a Program Plan and potentially subsequent design work for a proposed Indoor Fieldhouse. The purpose of this effort is to build upon prior planning work, validate current and anticipated needs, and evaluate project feasibility while defining programmatic requirements, preliminary scope, budget parameters, phasing considerations, and potential delivery strategies.
