The Town of Frisco is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of completing a Nexus Study to fully understand affordable housing demand created by commercial and residential development, to inform legally defensible policy and fees, and evaluate the impact of various mitigation rates on development. Additionally, a feasibility analysis of a mandatory inclusionary housing ordinance (production-based or fee-based) is also desired.
