IFB-COF-5-26            This project consists of utility, pedestrian and roadway improvements in the downtown area north of Highway 6 & 50 in the City of Fruita. Work includes, but is not limited to, traffic control, construction surveying, stormwater management/permitting, dewatering management/permitting, the installation of ±1,580’ of sanitary sewer line and associated manholes and sewer services, ±40’ of storm drain line and 2 inlets, road grading and reconstruction, asphalt milling and overlay, installation of concrete curbing, sidewalk, curb ramps, pedestrian bulbouts, driveway pans and sidewalks, and street striping/thermoplastic installation.         Bid Due Date: 4/2/2026
