Project Description

This project aims to replace the bridge with a similar structure to the original, including installation of a new abutment, modification of the existing abutment, construction of a new 20’ Sawn Timber Stringer Bridge, installation of approach railings, reconstruction of the trail and approach, removal of identified hazard trees, and associated site restoration. The project is funded under GAOA and is located in a remote wilderness-adjacent valley at approximately 7,500 feet elevation. due 6/15/2026
