IFB-5890-26-DD      The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to repair the existing east exterior stairway at the Engineering Building located at 244 N. 7th St in Grand Junction to ensure its structural integrity with as little demolition of the existing stairway as possible. The intent is to keep as much of the existing stucco and brick in place and reuse the existing metal stairs if practical.         Bid Due Date: 4/17/2026
