Bid Memo 2/27/2026: A site walk has been scheduled for Friday 3/6 at 11:00am, please meet at the main entrance of Middle Park High School. We will start with MPHS, then move to EGMS on the same campus, then drive to FVES to finish. Reach out to Jeremy Carrigan (contact info below) if more information is needed.

2. For the “Existing Air Handling Unit Refurbishment Schedule’s” shown on EGMS, FVES & MPHS, the scope of work called out is all being updated with additional information to be provided. A lot of this work has already been completed. We have asked for this as an add alternate, we will keep it as an add alternate. Please put pricing this on hold with related questions until the revised information is provided.
