Project Description

2503  The Town of Grand Lake is seeking proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing boardwalk located at the entrance to Town Hall. The project shall include all labor, materials, equipment, permits, pedestrian control, demolition, disposal, site preparation, construction, and restoration necessary to complete the project. The completed boardwalk must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes, including current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements. The accessible route shall provide a minimum clear width of 36 inches, appropriate cross slopes, slip-resistant surfaces, and any required ramps, landings, handrails, or detectable warning surfaces as required by ADA standards. due 6/30/2026 * Bid documents available by owner
