RFQ1-PMAA-2026000031  Provide comprehensive design and construction bidding documents to design a modern new hatchery facility at one of CPW’s existing cold water State Fish Units (SFU/Hatchery), Roaring Judy SFU, located near Gunnison, CO. The aforementioned work shall be broken out into four sub-phases: Phase 1, preliminary design, Phase 2, final design, Phase 3, bidding support services, Phase 4, construction support. Phase 1 – Preliminary Design The purpose of the preliminary design is to ensure the proposed conceptual layout remains feasible, has addressed outstanding issues that may impact final design, is cost effective, and provides adequate detail to proceed to final design. Preliminary design documents will be designed to the 30% level and shall include, but not be limited to, providing project documents to assist with any permitting; final design; refining construction and operating costs; and identify any issues that will need to be addressed during final design. due 3/20/2026
