The Town of Hayden’s 2026 Sewer Rehabilitation Project consists of the replacement and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure at multiple locations throughout the Town. The work includes installation of new gravity sewer mains, rehabilitation lining of existing gravity sewer mains, manholes, internal drop structures, and reconnection of existing service laterals. Construction will occur primarily within public rights-of-way, alleys, and easements, and includes pavement removal and restoration, as well as surface restoration. The project is organized into multiple schedules to allow phased construction at Hospital Hill, Park Alley, and the 3rd/4th Street Alley areas. Additional work includes testing, inspection, and all incidental work necessary to provide a complete and operational sewer system. Due 4/14/2026  *Documents Available by Owner
