If the bank design and construction are equivalent to banking credits the County would anticipate that specific site would rank higher than a site that construction and design cost are not equivalent.”

RFQ-26-WETLANDS MESA COUNTY WETLANDS FEASIBILITY AND DESIGN PROJECT The wetlands feasibility contract will assess Mesa County owned properties to see if they are feasible for a wetlands bank. The selected consultant will create a design matrix for feasible sites, approximate cost for design, technical challenges, etc. The chose location will proceed with a wetlands design 30-60, 90% and final design, including all necessary steps for approval. Additionally, the chose consultant will prepare recommendations for cost of wetlands credits, criteria for selling, etc.  Documents available by owner  Due 2/12/2026
