The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of existing trail with new surface material (approx. 2 miles long), remove 3 existing bridges and install 3 new bridges provided by the city of Monticello, construct concrete bridge abutments, construct non-motorized concrete boat ramp, install culverts ranging from 12-48 inches diameter around trail, and remedial grading at specific sites around the trail. due 5/27/2026
