The Montrose Fire Protection District (referred to in this document as the “District” or MFPD) requires a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) for the construction of a new fire station located in Montrose, Colorado. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain relevant information, credentials, qualifications, experience, proposed project approach, and fee proposal from interested firms to allow the District to select an all-inclusive firm to assist with preconstruction services, and construction. due 5/20/2026
