Project Description

The Town of Mountain Village (TMV) is seeking to upgrade its current AV equipment in Council Chambers. The room measures 30’ 2” x 53’ and the ceiling height is 12’11.” • The project is intended to improve the in-house meetings, video broadcasting, and streaming services that are held in Council Chambers. The proposed system shall be designed with an expected service life of approximately ten (10) years. This system must support future upgrades, software updates, and component replacement to accommodate evolving technology standards without requiring full system redesign or replacement. due 3/30/2026  documents available by owner
