2026-01 Lamborn Mesa Road to O Road to Lamborn Drive. Detail of project location on sheets G5 – G12. Work to be performed generally includes the replacing or abandoning existing steel water lines in the Town of Paonia’s distribution system and replacing them with PVC or HDPE water lines. Indicated in the plans are the intended line replacements, by segment. Trenchless methods are required in specific areas. Work must be completed while maintaining existing water service within the distribution system. Work also includes replacement of service lines, meters and meter pits, new air-vac vaults, pressure reducing valve (PRV) vaults, supply and installation of various DIP fittings, butterfly valves, gate valves, air/vac vaults, hydrants, blowoffs, disinfection, testing, concrete thrust blocks, clearing & grubbing, erosion control BMPs, stormwater management plan & permits, concrete & asphalt removal, repair, traffic control, seeding & revegetation, and all incidental work required to complete the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. due 6/4/2026 * Documents available by owner
