1. SECTION I Introduction
DELETE sentence “Pitkin County (hereinafter called the “County”) is qualifying interested parties for the provision of civil construction and installation of residential septic treatment systems (OSWT) located at 15188 HWY 133, Units A & B, Redstone, CO 81623.”
REPLACE with “Pitkin County (hereinafter called the “County”) is qualifying interested parties for the provision of General Contracting Services for Workforce Housing located at 15188 HWY 133, Units A & B, Redstone, CO 81623.”
Add 1 This addendum serves to update the Solicitation title from “On-Site Wastewater Treatment Construction – Wildin Residences Workforce Housing” to: “General Contracting Services – Wildin Residences Workforce Housing”
