RFP # GS-26-SCRR  The City of Cortez is soliciting bids for roofing improvements at the Service Center Building located at 110 W. Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bidders shall submit pricing for both of the following options: (1) a roof overlay consisting of furnishing and installing a new roofing system over the existing roof, and (2) a remove and replace option consisting of complete removal and disposal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roofing system. Both bid options shall include a 20-year (NDL) Manufacturer Warranty and shall consist of new coverboard, tapered insulation (minimum R-30 equivalent), 60-mil TPO membrane, coping cap metal, new roof drains, new parapet caps, new edge flashing, and all manufacturer-required sealants and accessories necessary to complete the work. Bids must include pricing for both options; bids that do not include both will not be considered.
