26-018 RFTA seeks a qualified contractor to provide semiannual inspection and preventive maintenance services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment at the Aspen Maintenance Facility (AMF), Glenwood Maintenance Facility (GMF), Glenwood Operations Center (GOC), and SGLN/27th Street Underpass (SGLN UP). OEM Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals may specify additional seasonal (Summer/Winter) preventive maintenance tasks, and the contractor shall perform these tasks when required. Documents available by owner .  Due 4/28/2026
