Rio Blanco Co Herbicide Bid

Add 1  Additional Bidding Instructions: NOTE DATE CHANGES! The Rio Blanco County Herbicide Bid is Due Wednesday, March 4, 2026 by 4:00 P.M. either by mail or hand-delivery. The Bidder’s name, address, AND “Sealed Bid-2026 Rio Blanco County Weed and Pest – Herbicides” on the OUTSIDE of the mailing envelope whether mailed or hand-delivered. Deliver by mail to the Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners, at P.O. Box 599, Meeker, Colorado. 81641 OR by hand -delivery to Rio Blanco County Board of County Commissioners, at 555 Main Street, Meeker, Colorado, on the third floor of the Historic Courthouse. Bids will be dated and time stamped as they are received. All Bids will be held by the Board of County Commissioners until the Bid Opening takes place. Bid Opening will be Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 9:00 am in the Rio Blanco County Commissioners Meeting Room on the third floor of the Historic Courthouse. Bid Award anticipated date April 14, 2026.

RBC2026Herbicide    The term of this agreement is from March, 2026 through October, 2026. Chemicals will need to be provided upon request. Weelky deliveries need to be delivered no later than Thursday mornings by 8:00 am. Orders generally placed on Thursdays, one week prior.            Documents available by owner.         Bid Due Date: 3/4/2026
