Project Description
Add 2 provide additional bidder clarifications and corrections related to the 2026 RBC Meeker Airport EEO Fuel Farm Project – Tanks. Certain bidder questions and responses were inadvertently not included in Addendum No. 1 and are formally incorporated herein. This addendum also provides clarification that the project electrical site plan will be revised to reflect removal of the standalone fuel dispenser. Fuel dispensing operations shall instead be performed through the FuelMaster fuel management system configuration as identified in the revised project information. All bidders shall review Addendum No. 2 in its entirety and acknowledge receipt as part of their bid submission.*Documents Available by Owner

Clarifications include fuel system configurations, fuel management system requirements, tank access provisions, and scope responsibilities for spill containment and Owner-furnished items. 2026-OPS-004 Rio Blanco County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Meeker Airport Fuel Farm Project at Coulter Field (EEO). The project consists of the replacement of the existing in-ground fuel system with a new aboveground fuel storage and dispensing facility. Work includes furnishing and installing two (2) 12,000-gallon UL-2085 aboveground storage tanks (AvGas and Jet-A), fuel dispensing systems, monitoring and fuel management systems, and all associated piping, safety, and control components. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant system in coordination with owner-provided electrical and site infrastructure.
