The project generally consists of: • Installation of owner-furnished transformer • Installation of utility-approved CT cabinet and metering equipment • Installation of 1200A switchboard and associated electrical infrastructure • Installation of approximately 175 linear feet of 4-inch conduit utilizing horizontal directional drilling and associated restoration • Installation of owner-furnished Kempower power cabinets • Installation of owner-furnished Kempower charging dispensers • Installation of all conductors, communications infrastructure, grounding, bollards, striping, signage, and related appurtenances • Startup, testing, commissioning, and owner training • Delivery of complete closeout documentation and record drawings. due 7/17/2026
