The Project requires site grading and utility installations for a new 20-unit seasonal RV park located on the Sky Ute Fairgrounds property. Work includes gravel paving, concrete valley gutter, water, sewer, and electrical services to each RV site. Site is to be seeded and restored to pre-construction condition.  due 5/22/2026
