Summit Co furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform site assessments and the preliminary and final designs for the Quandary Peak Trailhead, as outlined in “Exhibit A: Scope of Work.” Work shall be completed as set forth in a contract for this project to be negotiated with the County and Town and based upon the contractor’s written proposal as outlined in “Exhibit C: Bid Directions.” due 7/14/2026
