REVISED on 4/28-  Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically with the following text in the subject line: “’Old Sand Barn’ Demolition at County Commons” and must be emailed to daniel.gietzen@summitcountyco.gov until Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 2.00 PM local time.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12pm MST, Thursday May 28, 2026.A pre-bid site meeting will be held on Thursday May 14, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. MST/MDT.  Meet in 2nd floor lobby in the County Commons Building at 0037 Peak One Drive.  We will drive to the project site from there.

Demolition and disposal of an existing metal building and its foundation – located in Frisco, Colorado. The Project includes the following general items of work:Removal of the existing Sand Storage metal building, concrete slab floor and concrete foundation on site.
