2026-5        Contractor shall submit work & sequencing plan to install PRV off center from existing main (for example: set PRV, prep bends, thrust blocks, pipe joint connections and restraint back to main, perform outage, install tees and gate valves, thrust blocks and restraint to existing main, connect to existing water, perform start-up of PRV in coordination with Pipestone, disinfection testing in coordination with Public Works (approximately 60′ of new pipe install), perform outage, cut and cap existing 10-inch DIP.             Documents available by owner.        Bid Due Date: 4/28/2026
