2026-3            The existing high pressure 10-inch spiral wound steel fill line for the Stillwell water storage tanks has reached the end of its useful life. Since this line is to be replaced, Public Works will also replace the 4-inch HDPE slipped inside a 6-inch cast iron drain line for the Stillwell water storage tanks.               Documents available by owner.                Bid due Date: 3/20/2026
