ID#UC26-02 – It is the intent of Uintah County, Utah to solicit information from qualified industry professionals regarding potential costs and approaches for rehabilitation work at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and the Lodge, located at 226 W. Main Street, Vernal, Utah 84078. Anticipated work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church
• Repointing deteriorated or damaged mortar joints at stone foundation walls
• Repointing deteriorated or damaged mortar joints at ashlar masonry walls
• Repair of existing wood-framed windows
Lodge
• Repointing deteriorated or damaged mortar joints
