DQ1-PMAA-2026000339  Mobilization consists of preparatory work and operations necessary for the initiation of construction activities but not otherwise included for payment under separate bid items. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision startup, permits, temporary facilities, and incidentals required to establish the project site and commence construction operations in accordance with the Contract Documents Mobilization also includes demobilization and removal of temporary facilities upon completion of the Work. 2. WORK INCLUDED: Mobilization shall include, but is not limited to, the following: A. Transportation of Contractor personnel, construction equipment, tools, and materials to and from the project site. B. Establishment of project staging, storage, and work areas. C. Preparation of site access necessary to begin construction operations. D. Procurement and maintenance of required permits, licenses, insurance certificates, and bonds. E. Establishment of temporary facilities including: • field offices (if required), • equipment staging areas, • temporary utilities, • temporary fencing, • barricades and public protection measures, • sanitary facilities. F. Initial installation of environmental protection measures including erosion and sediment control and spill prevention materials as required prior to construction activities. G.Implementation of project safety requirements including preparation of sitespecific safety planning and hazard controls. H.Initial cleaning and inspection of construction equipment where required for aquatic nuisance species prevention or environmental protection compliance.  due 3/17/2026
