WCCA MIXERS are a great way to host an event for WCCA Members in you area with your name on it!
Mixers will held quarterly based on availability and demand
Each mixer will be 2 hours in length with the same format
- Event will be from 4pm-6pm
- 2 drink tickets per person-$5 entry fee for participants to cover
- 5 minutes for host to speak
- 5 minutes for WCCA to give update
- Hosts must be a WCCA member in good standing.
- $500 fee paid before the event
- Provide a host representative for the event
- Coordinate location, tickets, bands and appetizers
- Provides invitation to members with host and mixer information
- Market mixer over multimedia to members leading up to event
- Take money at the door and band 21+ for event
- Provide a WCCA representative and signage for event
- Take registration online to anticipate attendance
