Grand Valley Water Users Association (GVWUA) will issue an invitation to bid for canal lining on the Government Highline Canal in Mesa County between 16 and 18 Roads. This will be a multi-year project with work beginning in fall of 2024 no earlier than November 1^st and not to exceed April 1^st of each year.  A pre-bid meeting will be held at the GVWUA weed screen on the canal just west of 18 Road on Friday, September 20, 2024, beginning at 2:00 P.M.  The IFB will be distributed at the meeting.
